Commercial Marketing Manager (Digital Products): Driving the success of digital products by generating new sales leads, reengaging customers, and retaining accounts with an accent on developing and implementing multi-channel commercial marketing strategies. Location: This role is based in our Amsterdam, Netherlands Office. In-person attendance is required three days a week or more, with flexibility to work from home or remotely for the remaining days.

What you will do
- Design and execute a commercial marketing strategy to raise awareness and generate high-quality leads for the Digital Sales team.
- Partner with the Digital Sales team to understand business needs and create campaigns aligned with revenue goals.
- Design and deliver multi-channel campaigns across web, SEO, email, PPC, print, and telemarketing to drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
- Develop and manage lead nurture campaigns and track effectiveness using Salesforce.
- Oversee data segmentation, collaborate with creatives, and monitor campaign performance for continuous optimization.
- Manage the commercial marketing budget, ensuring effective spend and reporting on ROI.
- Lead, guide, and develop a team of two Commercial Marketing Executives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on B2B lead generation.
- Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Full fluency in English is required.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and knowledge of marketing automation and project management tools.
- Strong understanding of all digital channels and their metrics.
- Extensive experience in developing, maintaining, and delivering marketing strategies.
- Must be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and work in the office at least three days a week.
Nice to have
- Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with working in an international, matrix organization.
- Experience with data segmentation tools (Treasure Data), CMS (Adobe Experience Manager), web analytics (Adobe Analytics), A/B testing (Adobe Target), and design tools (Photoshop, Figma).
