What you will do
- Drive regional e-retail growth end-to-end through high-impact campaign activations with key Pan-EU beauty partners.
- Serve as a commercial partner for Sales EKAMs and Marketing Pillar Leads, coordinating priorities and investments.
- Own consumer engagement calendars and campaign execution, adapting playbooks to retailer needs and ensuring brand consistency.
- Lead campaign orchestration, managing assets, timelines, approvals, budgets, and day-to-day coordination with agencies.
- Strengthen analytical and financial expertise by tracking performance, evaluating ROI, and providing optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate across Media, Content, Digital Shelf, and Local Markets for seamless omnichannel execution.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in shopper, brand, digital, or customer marketing.
- Proven experience delivering omnichannel activations with major beauty e-retailers (e.g., Amazon, Notino, Sephora).
- Strong project management skills, aligning assets, timelines, budgets, and stakeholders in a matrix organization.
- Solid experience in campaign budget tracking, invoice processing, and investment alignment.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance, assess ROI, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Exposure to European markets, balancing regional consistency with local adaptation needs.
