Location: Must be based in the Netherlands, with a flexible hybrid work schedule in Amsterdam.

What you will do

  • Develop and lead member growth strategies to acquire, engage, and retain customers, focusing on increasing frequency, spend, and lifetime value.
  • Architect and optimize automated lifecycle journeys, from onboarding to win-back programs, ensuring personalization and timely communication.
  • Partner with cross-functional agile pods (Product, Data, Creative, and Tech) to implement marketing playbooks for EU-wide or global activations.
  • Analyze member behavior and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities, presenting actionable insights to guide investment.
  • Evolve the segmentation strategy to deliver personalized loyalty experiences and rewards that resonate with a fashion-forward audience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing, ideally within fashion retail or high-growth e-commerce.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • Proven track record of building membership value through automated campaigns and loyalty initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/CDP platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Braze, Emarsys) and analytics tools.
  • Experience working in agile or pod environments, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) required.
