Requirements

• Portfolio showcasing successful product work in high-velocity teams.
• Experienced product design leader using design strategically to meet business goals.
• Extensive experience leading and managing people, passionate about career development.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and strategic vision.
• Track record of working in high-performing, fast-paced startup environments.
• 8+ years of work experience in product design, with 4+ years of management experience.
