What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of designers, guiding their professional growth and fostering a supportive environment.
• Drive discovery and research initiatives to ensure design practices align with user needs and business goals.
• Oversee the evolution and adoption of robust design systems across all development teams.
• Champion the design discipline within the Product Development Management Team, collaborating with the CPO and CTO.
• Promote seamless integration between designers and developers while enhancing overall design processes.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in a similar environment.
• Proven leadership experience in design with a focus on SaaS solutions.
• Strong expertise in discovery and research methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with the implementation of design systems.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English.
• Familiarity with agile product development practices.
