Senior Product Designer (Product Design): Designing and scaling the user experience for the Incentives domain, including promotions and hirify.global Plus, across rider and driver apps with an accent on two-sided marketplace dynamics. Focus on simplifying complex business logic into intuitive flows and evolving the subscription model to drive growth.

Location: Tallinn, Estonia. Hybrid model (minimum 12 in-office days per month)

What you will do

• Own and evolve the incentives and hirify.global Plus experience across both rider and driver applications.
• Translate complex campaign, engagement, and subscription logic into simple, intuitive user experiences.
• Collaborate with Incentives, Pricing, and Growth teams to align business goals with user needs in a two-sided marketplace.
• Partner with engineers and product managers to ensure technical feasibility and high-quality execution.
• Rapidly prototype and test concepts to validate ideas and reduce ambiguity.
• Ensure design consistency across all app surfaces, from discovery and pricing to in-ride and post-ride states.

Requirements

• Experience designing for complex, two-sided systems and interpreting business metrics behind loyalty and subscriptions.
• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UI craftsmanship and design-led thinking.
• English: Fluent (C1+) proficiency for effective storytelling and pitching design visions.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Tallinn, Estonia for the hybrid requirement.
• Proficiency in using AI tools across the design workflow for exploration and prototyping.
• Ability to provide sharp feedback and elevate the work of other designers.
