What you will do

• Develop creative concepts and visual solutions for the website to solve business problems based on input from brand, sales, and marketing teams.
• Design new components, pages, interactive experiences, and standalone micro-sites to meet brand and commercial objectives.
• Maintain and extend the website design system to support new use cases and maintain consistency across online touchpoints.
• Create assets for social media channels to increase brand visibility.
• Collaborate closely with web developers to ensure accurate translation of designs into working builds.

Requirements

• 3+ years of digital design experience within a technology product company or relevant agency.
• Must be based in Ireland or the United Kingdom and have the right to work independently without sponsorship.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web, digital, and interactive design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems, libraries, and variables.
• Solid understanding of browser constraints and technical feasibility.
• Fundamental design skills in layout, typography, color, and illustration.

Nice to have

• Hands-on prototyping abilities using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (including AI-assisted development).
