TL;DR
Customer Success Manager: Ensuring the success of hirify.global’s Enterprise customers and managing their post-sale experience with an accent on product adoption, cybersecurity, and caching. Focus on building strong customer relationships, driving revenue retention, and advocating for customer needs internally.
Location: This role is based in London. Less than 30% travel.

What you will do
- Ensure success and manage post-sale experience for hirify.global’s Enterprise customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for hirify.global customers.
- Own a book of business and deliver results on revenue retention KPIs.
- Help customers generate value from their partnership with hirify.global through value-added conversations.
- Act as an internal escalation point for customer requests (technical, contract, and account-related).
- Advocate for customers internally, balancing their needs with hirify.global's business needs.
Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- Must be based in London.
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or other post-sales customer-facing roles.
- Experience with territory ownership, portfolio management, account planning, and serving Enterprise customers.
- Experience working in B2B Enterprise SaaS businesses.
- Must be extremely well organized, able to prioritize, multi-task, problem solve, and perform under pressure.
- Must have strong interpersonal and web-communication skills, comfortable with customer meetings and negotiations.
- Must demonstrate empathy for internal and external stakeholders, have a high EQ, be curious, and a self-starter with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
Nice to have
- Fluent in Russian, Ukrainian, or Hebrew.
- Experience in networking, security, and/or edge computation & storage.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree is a plus.
