What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of customers, focusing on retention and revenue growth with a consultative approach.
- Collaborate with customer success, sales, and partners to execute deals and contract renewals.
- Navigate contract complexities and address compliance issues for seamless renewals.
- Identify expansion opportunities to increase software platform utilization.
- Manage customer sales (upsells and cross-sells) within your business portfolio.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve renewal processes.
Requirements
- Fluent in German.
- 3+ years of customer-facing sales, Account Management, and/or renewals management experience in the software industry.
- Deep knowledge of consultative selling and technology.
- Process excellence in sales and renewals cycles, including accurate forecasting.
- Strong verbal and written communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM solutions (CPQ, forecast methodologies).
