What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of customers, focusing on retention and revenue growth with a consultative approach.
  • Collaborate with customer success, sales, and partners to execute deals and contract renewals.
  • Navigate contract complexities and address compliance issues for seamless renewals.
  • Identify expansion opportunities to increase software platform utilization.
  • Manage customer sales (upsells and cross-sells) within your business portfolio.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve renewal processes.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German.
  • 3+ years of customer-facing sales, Account Management, and/or renewals management experience in the software industry.
  • Deep knowledge of consultative selling and technology.
  • Process excellence in sales and renewals cycles, including accurate forecasting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM solutions (CPQ, forecast methodologies).
