• Drive significant financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain deep relationships with client CXOs.
• Lead the design of complex engagements and take responsibility for the oversight of delivery.

• Utilise industry and technology expertise to shape and drive the company’s strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level.
• Demonstrable ability to build and commercialise relationships with senior executives.
• Proven track record of selling, leading, and executing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Effective financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins.
• Experience in managing or supporting high-value business development activities with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in Technical Continuous Modernisation, Innovation at Scale, or Security and Resilience, along with a strong industry focus in Industrials (Energy, Transport & Utilities).
