What you will do

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements for C-suite clients.
• Drive profitable growth, achieving annual signings and revenue targets of c. £12-15m.
• Build and maintain deep relationships with client CXOs, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Lead the design and oversee the delivery of complex engagements, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Foster a culture of continuous personal and professional development, innovation, and commercial focus.
• Shape and drive the company’s strategic initiatives and develop thought leadership within the industry.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level.
• Proven track record of selling, leading, and executing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams in consulting or corporate environments.
• Effective financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins.
• Experience in Technical Continuous Modernisation, Innovation at Scale, or Security and Resilience.
• Strong industry focus in Industrials (Energy, Transport & Utilities).
• Deep understanding of industry trends and technology, coupled with a sound personal brand.

• Exceptional and advanced PowerPoint, Word & Excel skills for conveying messages and deliverables.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with C-level gravitas.
• Ability to lead and participate in workshops, clearly outlining outcomes.
