What you will do
- Assist with marketing campaigns, including webinars and product demonstrations.
- Support lead qualification by validating technical environments and understanding business problems.
- Contribute to RFP/RFI responses.
- Participate in discovery and opportunity engagement to understand customer needs.
- Articulate and demonstrate the business value of solutions to prospects and customers.
- Assist in developing written proposals and securing technical wins.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in help desk and/or technical support of applications, server infrastructure, desktops, virtualization, and directories.
- Good understanding of common operating systems and network topologies.
- Familiarity with foundational security concepts and practices.
- Ability to assess technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Strong collaboration and presentation skills.
- Security+, Network+, or equivalent industry certifications.
Nice to have
- Pre-sales experience.
- Basic working knowledge of Linux and Azure Active Directory.
- Familiarity with products.
- Security-focused qualifications or certifications.
- Experience with security solutions such as anti-malware, data protection, and firewalls.
