Mid Market Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity/AI): Driving adoption and outcomes for existing hirify.global customers, focusing on maximizing utility, growing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), and managing renewals and upsell opportunities. Focus on conducting business reviews with executive leadership, presenting cybersecurity solutions to CISOs, and aligning products to customer needs.

Location: Hybrid, three days out of the New York office are required.

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 base plus commission.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of 70-100 existing customers to maximize utility and grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
• Conduct business reviews with client executive leadership and health checks on deployments.
• Present, discuss, and demonstrate hirify.global cyber threat defense solutions to CISOs and information security experts.
• Identify, nurture, and negotiate upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Facilitate customer renewals at the end of the subscription term.
• Analyze customer engagement levels to assess risk and manage escalations to resolution.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of work experience in Customer Success, Project Management, Business Development, Technical Account Management, Client Service, or Consulting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior business professionals.
• Foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
• Strong time management skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• English: B2 required.
