Location: West Coast US. This role operates in a hybrid working environment with some in-office and/or in-person expectations, and candidates must be based in the United States.
Salary: $275,400 – $356,400 USD (On Target Earnings)

What you will do
- Develop and execute a sales growth plan targeting large enterprise accounts.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline for DII and DS solutions.
- Lead customer meetings (remote and on-site), present hirify.global’s solutions, and negotiate deals.
- Collaborate with hirify.global account teams and Partners to drive joint selling motions.
- Work closely with Sales Engineering, Product, Legal, Marketing, and Operations to support the sales process.
- Provide regular status updates to management, including pipeline and forecast information.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of enterprise sales experience (Cloud, SaaS, or Data Infrastructure).
- Proven success managing complex sales cycles and closing large deals.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure, hybrid cloud, and data protection technologies.
- Experience collaborating with hyperscalers and strategic partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Aptitude for understanding how technology solutions solve business problems.
