Location: Must be based in the US, with preferred locations in Los Angeles CA, Seattle WA, Denver CO, Phoenix AZ. This role is distributed, and compensation may be adjusted depending on work location within the US, including Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York City, Washington, Washington D.C., and California.
Salary: Estimated annual salary for Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, and Minnesota based hires: $294,000–$405,000. Estimated annual salary for New York City, Washington, Washington D.C., and California (excluding Bay Area) based hires: $324,000–$446,000.

What you will do
- Drive sales growth and revenue for the Digital Native Named segment in the US West region.
- Lead strategic go-to-market planning and execute sales programs.
- Serve as a key point of contact for client relationships and partnerships.
- Manage and grow the sales team, including local hiring needs.
- Actively engage with clients, partners, and field sales representatives to close deals.
- Represent at external conferences, media, and PR events.
Requirements
- 5+ years of direct B2B selling experience to large enterprise accounts.
- 3+ years of direct sales management experience leading an Enterprise field sales team.
- Experience mentoring teams and value selling to the C-suite and executive technical buyers, managing longer, complex Enterprise sales cycles.
- Deep understanding of IaaS, computer networking, Network Security Services, and AI.
- Strong leadership, presentation, interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills.
- English: B2 required.
