TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (SaaS): Driving net new revenue for hirify.global’s emerging B2B unit by managing strategic and enterprise clients with an accent on consultative selling, deal execution, and cross-functional alignment. Focus on pipeline creation, exceeding revenue targets, and building lasting client relationships within the culture and live entertainment space.

Location: Hybrid, requiring office attendance up to four days per week. Must be based in the USA due to US-specific benefits (401k, health and dental insurance).

Salary: OTE starting at $150,000 USD with uncapped commissions.

What you will do

  • Own relationships with Enterprise and Strategic prospects and clients in your territory.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Take ownership of pipeline creation and deal cycle management using MEDDIC-style methodologies.
  • Drive New Logo growth and expand business with top-tier customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Partners, and Operations.
  • Build lasting client relationships that generate recurring revenue.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years in B2B sales (SaaS, Media, Entertainment, MICE a plus).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience with MEDDIC/SPIN or similar sales methodologies.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills; confident with senior stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
  • English: C1+ (fluent) required.
