Senior Sales Manager (Federal Civilian): Managing and coaching a team of Account Executives to drive sales in the US Federal Civilian market with an accent on achieving sales targets, new account acquisition, and expansion into existing accounts. Focus on developing team selling abilities, implementing solution selling strategies, and fostering customer engagement across technical and executive levels.

Location: Remote for candidates based in the United States, with a preference for the DC Metro area. Also hiring from New York City, Washington, Washington D.C., and California (excluding Bay Area).

Salary: $324,000–$446,000 annually

What you will do

  • Manage and coach a team of Account Executives focusing on the US Federal Civilian market.
  • Accurately forecast and deliver against quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and expand existing customer accounts.
  • Develop and enhance team selling abilities through enablement and solution selling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales training for new products and features.
  • Maintain a candidate pipeline for new hires and conduct continuous interviewing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Sales Management experience leading sales teams at a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience selling technical solutions or products to the Public Sector (Federal Government).
  • Proven record of consistently meeting and exceeding team sales plans.
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in networking across business units and driving consensus among stakeholders.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
