Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands, with three days per week in the office and 20% travel required.

What you will do

  • Develop and manage a targeted pipeline of high-end and fine dining restaurants.
  • Engage directly with owners, chefs, and senior decision-makers to build trusted, long-term relationships.
  • Position the platform as a strategic growth and visibility partner, using a consultative, insight-led approach.
  • Negotiate tailored commercial terms and advise partners on positioning and promotional strategies.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism in all interactions, including industry events.
  • Consistently deliver against monthly and quarterly targets across a variety of KPIs.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally within a digital, online, or tech-led business.
  • Experience managing territories, pipelines, and KPIs using Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented professional who consistently strives to meet and exceed targets.
  • Confident and comfortable conducting negotiations and commercial conversations over the phone.
  • Strong understanding of revenue management–related topics and commercial performance levers.
  • Able to work on a hybrid basis in Amsterdam three days per week and available to travel 20% of the time.

  • Proven background in pitching and selling promotions, deals, or flash sales.
