TL;DR

Strategic Solutions Engineer (AI/DevSecOps): Provides technical sales support and acts as a trusted advisor for strategic enterprise customers with an accent on removing technical objections, creatively addressing pain points in the SDLC, and aligning hirify.global offerings with business needs. Focus on guiding customers through complex technical scenarios, integrating DevSecOps and AI, and leading technical sales processes from discovery to proof-of-concept.

Location: Remote, Ontario Canada

What you will do

  • Provide technical sales support and act as a trusted advisor for strategic enterprise customers.
  • Maintain expertise in hirify.global’s product landscape, emerging developer trends (e.g., Generative AI), and customer challenges.
  • Conduct live product demos, integrating AI and DevSecOps into tailored customer scenarios.
  • Lead all technical aspects of the sales cycle from discovery to proof-of-concept.
  • Drive customer readiness and adoption of hirify.global’s solutions during the pre-sales process.
  • Contribute to technical content creation and speak at industry events in Canada and the USA.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in technical consulting, technical consultative selling, or related roles.
  • Ability to identify and solve technical and business challenges related to software delivery.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% when needed.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of enterprise SDLC, including AI in SDLC, SCM (Git & hirify.global), DevOps & DevSecOps, and CI/CD architecture.
  • Experience working with large software development teams.

Nice to have

  • 6+ Years Experience working in a technical pre-sales, customer facing role, with Large Strategic Canadian customers.
