Research & Insights Associate: Building an evidence-rich understanding of users and translating insight into product decisions with an accent on quantitative and qualitative methods, brand tracking, and user interviews. Location: London, England, United Kingdom. Hybrid Work Environment requiring minimum 2 days per week in-office.

What you will do

• Support and run elements of qualitative and quantitative projects, including brand tracking.
• Conduct user interviews (with support), draft surveys, and discussion guides.
• Analyze behavioral patterns, run desk research, and produce clear insight summaries.
• Apply AI tools to improve analysis, synthesis, and knowledge retrieval.
• Help maintain the research repository and user video library.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Marketing, Commercial, and International teams.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a client-side or agency research role.
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• Ability to run clearly scoped research tasks independently and clarify research briefs.
• Experience drafting questionnaires, interview guides, and basic analysis plans.
• Comfort with Excel, SQL, or basic data manipulation.
• Curiosity and openness to learning AI tools and approaches.
