What you will do

• Inspire and develop a team of designers to create intuitive, evidence-led experiences for internal web and app platforms.
• Shape design strategy aligned with business goals, champion customer voice, and influence product roadmaps.
• Partner with product, engineering, and customer teams to deliver solutions meeting user, business, and technical needs.
• Lead innovation using AI tools, design systems, and motion principles for efficient, brand-consistent call centre experiences.
• Translate insights into design improvements via workshops, sprints, and research.
• Own delivery, quality, CX KPIs, and accessibility for end-to-end journeys.

Requirements

• Track record delivering large-scale digital products across responsive web and native apps.
• Experience leading design teams on multiple initiatives.
• Expert Figma skills: scalable templates, advanced prototyping, conditionals, expressions, large-scale component libraries.
• Mastery in accessibility, user research methods, and analytics tools like Usertesting and Adobe Analytics.
• Strong storytelling, stakeholder influence, and resilience in fast-paced environments.
