What you will do

• Own the information architecture and navigation content strategy across the Spend product space.
• Lead large, cross-product initiatives, including platform-wide navigation unification.
• Define content and language architecture for new product areas, markets, and regulatory framing.
• Prototype and iterate on content models using AI tools like Claude, Cursor, and Figma.
• Establish AI-era content practices and build self-serve content tooling and standards.
• Mentor other designers and advocate for content design practices across the organization.

Requirements

• Extensive experience owning content strategy and IA for complex, multi-product digital platforms.
• Expertise in language architecture, naming systems, taxonomy, and navigation models.
• Experience working within specialized or regulated domains, such as financial or legal products.
• Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to validate content impact and decisions.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI tools (Claude, Cursor) for rapid content exploration.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating platform-level structural content work and its UX impact.
