Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity): Leading technical discussions with prospects and customers to ensure product utilization and support security goals with an accent on product capabilities, integrations, configurations, and messaging. Focus on supporting customers through the trial process, building product examples, and providing market feedback to the product team.

Location: Office-centric hybrid in Dublin, Ireland or London, UK (requires in-office presence Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

What you will do

• Own the technical relationship with customers.
• Develop a deep understanding of product capabilities, integrations, and the partner ecosystem.
• Provide market feedback to the product team to prioritize functionality.
• Support customers throughout their trial process with hirify.global.
• Build product examples, documentation, and critical resources for customers.
• Creatively identify and drive programs to improve the pre-to-post sales transition.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in the Dublin, Ireland or London, UK offices 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
• 2+ years of customer-facing, technical experience as a solutions engineer, sales engineer, or equivalent.
• Previous B2B SaaS experience.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and Operating Systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux) and cloud application architecture.
• Strong project management skills with proven ability to operate in a startup environment.
• General knowledge of a scripting language (Python, Ruby, Bash, JavaScript).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with REST API development and service integrations.
• Prior experience in the cybersecurity space.
