What you will do
- Collaborate with the sales team to demonstrate and communicate hirify.global's value throughout the sales cycle.
- Dive into client challenges to recommend how the platform can improve their data streaming processes.
- Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and provide technical training to the sales team.
- Stay updated with industry developments and competitive technologies to inform product strategy.
- Assist in technical onboarding and provide support during trial phases.
- Create technical content (presentations, documentation) showcasing the platform's value.
Requirements
- 4+ years of industry experience selling at a B2B SaaS company, ideally in the Apache Kafka space.
- Solid understanding of streaming or messaging systems like Apache Kafka, Pulsar, Rabbit MQ, JMS, and Linux.
- Experience selling and closing deals with enterprise or large mid-market accounts in the DACH region.
- Proficiency in the MEDDIC sales methodology.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, comfortable with both executives and technical audiences.
- Ability to qualify and execute proof-of-values, defining success criteria and customer engagement.
Nice to have
- Previously worked in an early-stage start-up (Seed - Series B).
- Experience working with partners like Hyperscalers (AWS, MSFT, Google), other ISVs, and Regional System Integrators.
