What you will do
- Actively drive revenue by supporting prospective client interactions, leading discovery sessions, and demonstrating products.
- Take ownership of customer inquiries, including follow-up, RFx, and questionnaires.
- Conduct Proof of Concepts (POC) to showcase product value.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to achieve goals and address technical requirements.
- Work closely with Post-Sales Solutions Consultants for smooth transitions from sales to implementation.
- Provide feedback to improve processes and products as the company scales.
Requirements
- Strong solution-selling and demo skills to articulate software solution value.
- Excellent discovery skills to uncover pain points and value during structured conversations.
- A solution-oriented mindset focused on helping customers envision product fit.
- Demonstrated time management skills in a dynamic sales environment, managing multiple deals simultaneously.
- Knowledge of key technical concepts including APIs.
- At least 4 years of experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment or a similar role.
- You must be legally able to work in the specified region of the job.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of software integration principles and experience with key finance and procurement tools.
- Experience working with finance, technical, and/or procurement stakeholders.
