What you will do

• Present hirify.global technology and vision to executives and technical contributors at prospects and customers.
• Work hands-on with prospects and customers to demonstrate and communicate hirify.global's value throughout the sales cycle.
• Create and develop technical champions in your accounts to drive deals and achieve technical wins.
• Be at the cutting edge of hirify.global technology and confidently present roadmap features and functionality.
• Maintain a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and how to position hirify.global.
• Collaborate with other sales engineers, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve products.

Requirements

• Solution engineering/solution architect experience in a SaaS environment or relevant industry (analytics, data science, data engineering).
• Outstanding presentation skills to both technical and executive audiences.
• Understanding of and experience with data architecture, data analytics, and cloud technology.
• Hands-on experience with SQL.
• Ability to solve customer-specific business problems and apply hirify.global’s solutions.
• Customer-facing skills to effectively communicate vision to a wide variety of audiences, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Insurance industry or FSI.
• Hands-on experience with Python.
• Experience working with modern data technology (dbt, Spark, containers, DevOps tooling, orchestration tools, Git).
• Experience with AI, data science, and machine learning technologies.
