Location: New York, New York, United States. Must be based in the US with the right to work there.
Salary: $80,000–$100,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with wholesale and revenue goals.
- Manage multiple accounts with over $2M in annual spend across Sponsored Ads and DSP ads, focusing on Amazon DSP.
- Leverage Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to inform audience development and optimize performance.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across search, paid social, display, affiliate, and retail media platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights through regular reporting.
- Implement SEO best practices for product content to improve discoverability and conversion, driving organic sales.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years in performance marketing, including experience with full funnel Amazon Ads (Sponsored Ads and DSP).
- Deep, firsthand experience leveraging the full capabilities of the Amazon DSP platform.
- Hands-on experience with major retail or e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and experience managing performance marketing budgets.
- 1-2+ years of experience in SEO for Wholesale partners.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with managing a relationship between a Wholesale partner and DTC paid search activity in Google Ads.
- A passion for instant photography and experience using products.
- Experience working with Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, and other omnichannel retailer ads platforms.
