What you will do

  • Lead relationships with domestic media and affiliate agencies for strategy, execution, and performance excellence.
  • Oversee media budgets, planning calendars, and performance reporting via KPI dashboards.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-impact media assets aligned with campaign goals.
  • Plan, optimize, and scale paid media across search (Google, Bing), social (Meta, TikTok, etc.), programmatic, display, affiliate, and retail media (Amazon, Sephora).
  • Execute and optimize direct mail, programmatic PR, and affiliate marketing (Rakuten, HOWL, LTK).
  • Partner with sales and brand marketing for aligned campaign planning and cross-channel execution.
  • Monitor trends to identify growth opportunities and build financial models for forecasting and attribution.

Requirements

  • Highly analytical with creative fluency and passion for performance marketing and brand storytelling.
  • Experience leading media agencies, optimizing budgets, and reporting KPIs.
  • Proficiency in paid channels: search, social, programmatic, affiliate, retail media.
  • Skills in CAC/LTV modeling, incrementality testing, lift studies, MMM, and attribution tools.
  • Ability to translate data into executive insights and forecast spend/returns.
