What you will do
- Evaluate and introduce the value of hirify.global to UK SMB merchants.
- Oversee the sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Partner with cross-functional teams for successful customer onboarding.
- Build and manage your sales pipeline to exceed targets.
- Demonstrate strong customer intuition and take a consultative approach.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to meet UK market needs.
Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in a qualifying or prospecting role.
- BA/BS degree or relevant experience.
- Experience or an interest in helping SMB sellers.
- A track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Business development experience, including hunting and cold calling.
- Prior Salesforce experience or equivalent.
- Must be based in the UK.
