What you will do
- Develop and manage a targeted pipeline of high-end and fine dining restaurants.
- Engage directly with owners, chefs, and senior decision-makers to build trusted, long-term relationships.
- Position the platform as a strategic growth and visibility partner.
- Negotiate tailored commercial terms and advise partners on promotional strategies.
- Represent the brand professionally and consistently deliver against monthly/quarterly KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams.
Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally within a digital, online, or tech-led business.
- Experience managing territories, pipelines, and KPIs using Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
- Self-driven, results-oriented professional confident in negotiations and commercial conversations.
- Strong understanding of revenue management–related topics and commercial performance levers.
- Ability to work on a hybrid basis, with three days per week in the London office and availability to travel 20% of the time.
