Location: Hybrid work in London office 3 days/week with 20% travel required

What you will do

  • Develop and manage a targeted pipeline of high-end and fine dining restaurants.
  • Engage directly with owners, chefs, and senior decision-makers to build trusted, long-term relationships.
  • Position the platform as a strategic growth and visibility partner.
  • Negotiate tailored commercial terms and advise partners on promotional strategies.
  • Represent the brand professionally and consistently deliver against monthly/quarterly KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally within a digital, online, or tech-led business.
  • Experience managing territories, pipelines, and KPIs using Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented professional confident in negotiations and commercial conversations.
  • Strong understanding of revenue management–related topics and commercial performance levers.
  • Ability to work on a hybrid basis, with three days per week in the London office and availability to travel 20% of the time.

  • Proven background in pitching and selling promotions, deals, or flash sales.
