What you will do
- Develop and maintain relationships, expanding hirify.global's footprint within existing SMB accounts.
- Perform account planning and determine portfolio strategy to focus efforts.
- Drive strategic net new, expansion, and renewal business for hirify.global solutions.
- Coordinate with supporting teams including pre-sales, value engineering, and product.
- Execute sales/bookings goals quarterly, with accurate forecasting and pipeline transparency.
- Ensure protection of current revenue through proper renewal management.
Requirements
- At least 3 years proven experience in SaaS selling.
- Strong track record of sales quota achievement and pipeline generation.
- Business development skills and understanding of software deal transactions.
- Proficiency in MS/Google tools (Word, PPT, XLS).
- Ability to travel up to 30% to be onsite with clients or at events.
- Work format: Hybrid in London.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Business Management, or equivalent.
- Background working in Treasury, Finance, or Payment.
- Preferably experience selling to IT or Finance.
