TL;DR

Account Manager (Fintech): Developing and expanding customer relationships within a small and mid-size business portfolio with an accent on driving net new, expansion, and renewal business for cloud-based treasury, payments, and risk management solutions. Focus on strategic account planning, pipeline generation, and achieving quarterly sales goals.

Location: Hybrid in London (up to 30% travel may be required to be onsite with clients or at events)

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain relationships, expanding hirify.global's footprint within existing SMB accounts.
  • Perform account planning and determine portfolio strategy to focus efforts.
  • Drive strategic net new, expansion, and renewal business for hirify.global solutions.
  • Coordinate with supporting teams including pre-sales, value engineering, and product.
  • Execute sales/bookings goals quarterly, with accurate forecasting and pipeline transparency.
  • Ensure protection of current revenue through proper renewal management.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years proven experience in SaaS selling.
  • Strong track record of sales quota achievement and pipeline generation.
  • Business development skills and understanding of software deal transactions.
  • Proficiency in MS/Google tools (Word, PPT, XLS).
  • Ability to travel up to 30% to be onsite with clients or at events.
  • Work format: Hybrid in London.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Business Management, or equivalent.
  • Background working in Treasury, Finance, or Payment.
  • Preferably experience selling to IT or Finance.
