Senior Mid-Market Account Executive: Promoting and selling hirify.global's AI-powered Experience Orchestration platform to mid-market customers with an accent on understanding customer business problems and presenting solutions. Location: Remote (USA). Candidates must be based in North Carolina, Rhode Island, New York, Washington D.C., or Connecticut.

Salary: $84,100.00 – $147,900.00

What you will do

  • Present and demonstrate hirify.global products/services, effectively communicating features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Understand customer business problems through research and articulate how hirify.global provides solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, providing excellent customer service.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
  • Conduct sales negotiations, overcome objections, and close deals using effective sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, product development, and customer support teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software sales.
  • Experience selling complex deals over $100k in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and sites.
  • Demonstrated consistent track record of success in closing New Logo Opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
