What you will do

• Manage full recruiting process from intake to offer for multiple departments.
• Execute sophisticated hiring strategies for management and technical roles.
• Pivot across functions including Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
• Advise hiring managers on role scopes, compensation, and interview structures.
• Deploy creative, data-driven sourcing methods beyond traditional channels.
• Represent employer brand and build relationships with executive search firms.

Requirements

• Must be based in Madrid, Spain.
• 7+ years full-cycle recruitment experience in agency and corporate environments.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English with cultural intelligence.
• Deep knowledge of Spanish talent landscape and strong local network.
• Experience recruiting across diverse functions including technical leadership.
• Ability to influence C-suite and VP-level stakeholders with data-driven insights.

• Experience building recruitment infrastructure and launching ATS in new markets.
