Salary: PLN7,200 - PLN11,000 gross monthly (Poland).

What you will do

• Recruit exceptional A-Players to join hirify.global's rapidly growing teams.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to create ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop and refine interview processes that enhance assessment quality and optimise candidate experience.
• Facilitate a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs.
• Screen CVs, interview prospective candidates, and promote hirify.global as an employer of choice.
• Drive the offer process and close candidates while consistently ensuring a fantastic candidate experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a recruiter.
• Proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic, high-growth environment, meeting ambitious timelines and KPIs.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Experience working in a high-volume hiring environment.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in a recruitment agency, hyper-growth startup, and/or fintech.
• Fluency in other languages.
