What you will do
- Define and execute a recruitment strategy tailored to the Spanish market.
- Develop strong knowledge of the Spanish start-up and scale-up ecosystem.
- Identify and activate relevant local sourcing channels.
- Own and optimize the full recruitment process using Ashby (ATS).
- Design and deliver an engaging candidate experience and strengthen employer branding in Spain.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to co-create job descriptions, scorecards, and evaluation frameworks.
- Build and improve recruitment processes, including scorecards, interview grids, and reporting.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, primarily in start-up and/or scale-up environments.
- Proven experience recruiting for the Spanish market.
- Experience owning end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Hands-on experience building or improving recruitment processes and tools (ATS, scorecards, hiring metrics).
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and analyzing recruitment KPIs.
- Highly structured, organized, and detail-oriented, comfortable in fast-growing environments.
