What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and synchronize a global team of HR Coordinators across various international locations.
• Architect and manage the end-to-end pre-onboarding and onboarding process globally.
• Act as the central point of contact, collecting and updating information from various stakeholders (HR Ops, SysAdmin, IT, Legal).
• Prepare high-level reports and analytics using ATS and HRIS data.
• Maintain and optimize the HR tech stack (HiBob/BambooHR) and automate manual workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR/Recruitment Coordination with a proven track record of leading or managing teams in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems, specifically HiBob or BambooHR, and deep experience with ATS ecosystems.
• Ability to juggle global time zones, diverse stakeholders, and high-volume data.
• Proactive, detail-obsessed, and ready to take ownership of a global function.
