IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

rindus is a people-driven IT company working closely with German partners to build long-term software development teams. Since 2017, they’ve grown to 160+ professionals across 14 nationalities — and they’re expanding.
They’re now looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to take ownership of full-cycle recruitment and partner closely with stakeholders to build strong tech teams.
What You’ll Do
— Own the full-cycle recruitment process: role intake, sourcing, interviews, offers, contracts, onboarding
— Act as the main point of contact for hiring partners, aligning on priorities and timelines
— Lead kick-off meetings and regular syncs to review progress and challenges
— Proactively identify hiring risks and propose solution-oriented actions
— Ensure an outstanding candidate experience
— Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring data
— Collaborate with other Hiring Experts and share best practices
What You’ll Bring
— 3+ years of experience in IT Talent Acquisition
— Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
— Passion for candidate experience
— Experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently
— Ability to work in an international environment (daily communication in English)
— Structured, proactive, and ownership-driven mindset
