What you will do
- Innovate and implement recruitment strategies, utilizing diverse sourcing techniques to identify and engage candidates.
- Manage and own the hiring process from start to finish, streamlining processes using Ashby (ATS).
- Create a dynamic and engaging hiring process, promoting hirify.global culture and tracking candidate feedback.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, co-create job descriptions, and improve hiring processes.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to align employer branding with the brand strategy.
- Develop robust evaluation tools, standardize training programs, and collaborate on salary benchmarking and onboarding.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience, mainly in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a fast-growing tech environment.
- Languages: Fluency in English and in French, both written and spoken, is required.
- Strong data-driven approach with expertise in interpreting and utilizing key hiring metrics.
- Ability to position as a Business Partner to accompany and train Hiring Managers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly structured, organized, and acute attention to detail in task management and execution.

- Intro call for quick screening with the Hiring Manager or a recruiter.
- Team interview (45 min) with two hirify.global team members.
- Role-specific assessments: take-home case study with a 45 min debrief for non-tech roles, or live technical interviews for tech roles.
- Founders interview (45 min) with two of the founders.
- Reference checks (up to five calls) with former colleagues or managers.
