TL;DR

Senior Product Strategy & Operations (SaaS): Running high-impact strategic and operational projects for the product organization with an accent on driving efficiency, optimizing budgets, and informing product strategy through data. Focus on cross-functional program management, challenging assumptions with data, and supporting leadership-level decision-making.

Location: Hybrid in London, Amsterdam, or Barcelona. Requires 3 days a week in office for the first 6 months, then 1 day a week.

What you will do

• Run high-impact strategic and operational projects for the product organization.
• Drive cross-functional programs, including researching engineering efficiency and cost optimization.
• Lead or support negotiations with API and technology providers.
• Partner with Product Analytics to inform product strategy and decisions.
• Analyze pricing strategies, unit economics, and cost structures.
• Act as a thought partner to the CPO on strategic planning and leadership decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience operating in a fast-moving start-up or scale-up environment.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Natural sense of ownership, proactively identifying gaps and driving work forward.
• Solid understanding of how software products are built, shipped, and scaled.
• Strong finance fundamentals, including P&L, unit economics, and cost structures.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and non-traditional, evolving scopes.

Nice to have

• Background in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, investing (VC/PE), or in-house strategy, finance, or BizOps roles.
• Resourcefulness in navigating contracts, legal, and commercial topics.
