What you will do
- Direct the vision, strategy, and execution of the product roadmap, aligned with the mission and commercial goals.
- Define and evolve the multi-year product strategy to support company growth and expand impact for patients.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Product organisation across multiple squads and product lines.
- Instill outcome-led, hypothesis-driven product planning that connects discovery with delivery.
- Champion patient-centric product development based on behavioural insights, data, clinical evidence, and rigorous experimentation.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Clinical, Commercial, and Operations teams to ensure alignment across all initiatives.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading cross-functional product teams in B2C or consumer-platform environments.
- Significant exposure to regulated industries (HealthTech, FinTech, or InsurTech).
- Proven track record of building and scaling empowered product teams that drive business growth and customer impact.
- Deep knowledge of modern product development principles, including continuous discovery, experimentation, and dual-track agile.
- Strong understanding of systems thinking and experience designing user journeys that span digital and physical healthcare touchpoints.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
Nice to have
- Experience scaling consumer health or wellness products that blend digital tools, diagnostics, and clinical services.
- Familiarity with outcomes-based care models, preventive health frameworks, or behavioural change platforms.
- Hands-on experience operating in hybrid (tech + clinical) product environments.
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., CQC, MHRA, GDPR) and how to build compliant products.
- Previous experience at a scaling, mission-driven startup or scale-up.
