Location: Ideally based in London, with at least one day per week in the office.

What you will do

• Contribute to defining the product vision and strategy, including AI-enabled use cases.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on feedback and data.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales for successful product development.
• Gather and define product requirements, focusing on explainability and user trust for AI features.
• Track product performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements.
• Regularly update stakeholders on product progress, challenges, and successes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software-as-a-service environments, ideally in the B2B space.
• Proficient in English.
• Solid understanding of user research principles, problem framing, and requirements elicitation.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams on complex or data-driven features.
• Exposure to AI-powered products, automation, or advanced analytics.
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams and facilitate ideation or discovery workshops.
