What you will do

• Define and articulate Aily's AI-first organizational strategy, creating actionable roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end development of internal AI agent systems, LLM-powered workflows, and intelligent automation.
• Establish technical standards and best practices for building reliable, scalable, and maintainable AI solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend AI technologies, design adoption strategies, and create playbooks for effective leverage.
• Drive hands-on technical work, prototyping AI agents and troubleshooting challenges.
• Establish success metrics to quantify business value and continuously optimize internal AI solutions.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of professional experience, including 2-4 years in management roles.
• Proven track record leading technical AI/ML projects from conception to production deployment.
• Hands-on technical skills in Python, SQL, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern AI/ML frameworks.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, agentic systems, RAG architectures, MLOps, data architecture, and system design.
• Experience defining strategy and driving organizational transformation in AI, data, or digital domains.
• Excellent communication, change management, and stakeholder management skills, especially in startup/scale-up environments.
