TL;DR

Location: London, UK (hybrid work, 2 days a week in office)

What you will do

  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive enablement programs for hirify.global’s partner ecosystem across various roles (sales, presales, professional services, CSM).
  • Create and maintain scalable partner enablement curriculum and certification programs, ensuring access to up-to-date resources.
  • Measure program impact through data analysis and executive-level reporting to optimize partner performance and incentives.
  • Enable internal Go-To-Market (GTM) teams on partner ecosystem capabilities, value propositions, and co-selling strategies.
  • Educate internal stakeholders on partner specializations and facilitate knowledge transfer between partners and internal teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Partner, Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams across regions to align enablement efforts.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in enablement, with 4+ years in partner enablement or related partner-facing roles within B2B SaaS/software organizations.
  • Demonstrated expertise enabling multiple partner roles including sales, presales, professional services, and CSM teams.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and software industry partner ecosystems.
  • Strong experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms, and CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
  • Proficient in content development tools for training materials and data analysis/reporting tools.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills (C1 English proficiency required) with the ability to build trust and communicate complex technical concepts.
