Sr Partner Manager (Channel and Alliances): Developing and managing strategic partners to drive consistent channel bookings and create Go-To-Market strategies for hirify.global’s platform with an accent on consistently delivering partner revenue targets and fostering strong executive relationships. Focus on identifying correct buyers, articulating hirify.global's value proposition, and strategically expanding sales opportunities across the partner ecosystem.

What you will do

  • Establish a vision and plan for partner pipeline generation through sales closure.
  • Consistently deliver partner revenue targets and achieve assigned quotas.
  • Identify correct buyers for hirify.global's solutions and articulate the value proposition.
  • Recognize negotiation opportunities and secure contract agreements.
  • Strategically land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities.
  • Establish strong relationships with partners’ executive leadership teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of strategic partner management and/or direct sales experience selling enterprise software to large enterprises.
  • Consistent track record of new business development and overachieving sales targets.
  • Strong executive presence, listening skills, and a hunter mentality with demonstrated sales process success.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently while managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and ownership of the partner's lifecycle.
  • Experience working with UK based partners is required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with or managing relationships with Cognizant, HCL, Genesys UK and BT.
  • Experience and understanding of the Customer Experience (CX) space.
