What you will do
- Set up and schedule clients’ open roles for advertisement across platforms.
- Review campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Deliver proactive training and onboarding sessions for ATS customers.
- Help customers understand features, smarter ways of working, and how to leverage technology.
- Join client meetings to review feature adoption and offer practical insights.
- Spot opportunities that support revenue growth and help shape future product development.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and administration experience, ideally in a tech-led environment (CRM, AI, automation, SaaS).
- Ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Analytical mindset and confidence interpreting data.
- Great communication skills, especially when training others.
- Proactive problem-solving approach and genuine customer focus.
