What you will do
- Drive hirify.global’s training initiatives and meet bookings and revenue targets.
- Develop long-term relationships and training plans for key accounts.
- Build a sales pipeline through interaction with prospects, partners, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with professional services for custom engagement statements of work.
- Negotiate contracts with the Sr. Director of Education Services.
- Generate forecast reports and track pipeline using Salesforce and PSA.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree and 5 years of experience in Education Sales.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter that can prioritize and complete work on concurrent projects and tasks.
- Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.
- Proven verbal and written communications skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
- Relevant technical knowledge (database systems, cloud computing fundamentals) is helpful.
- Expect up to 20% travel.
