What you will do

  • Drive hirify.global’s training initiatives and meet bookings and revenue targets.
  • Develop long-term relationships and training plans for key accounts.
  • Build a sales pipeline through interaction with prospects, partners, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with professional services for custom engagement statements of work.
  • Negotiate contracts with the Sr. Director of Education Services.
  • Generate forecast reports and track pipeline using Salesforce and PSA.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree and 5 years of experience in Education Sales.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter that can prioritize and complete work on concurrent projects and tasks.
  • Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Proven verbal and written communications skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
  • Relevant technical knowledge (database systems, cloud computing fundamentals) is helpful.
  • Expect up to 20% travel.
