What you will do
- Serve as the single point of contact and grow strategic partners within a large regional or global level.
- Drive new customer acquisition and ARR growth across all business and go-to-market motions of strategic partners.
- Develop and execute advanced business plans including detailed sales, marketing, technical, and services strategies.
- Build executive-level relationships between companies to increase investment and focus in their hirify.global business.
- Educate hirify.global sales teams and partner technical resources on partners' unique value propositions and hirify.global technology.
- Ensure successful customer outcomes through partners with a maniacal focus.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a national/global partner sales role within the IT Operations and/or IT Security industry.
- Experience working with large enterprise-focused integrators, MSPs, or GSIs with deep technical and services knowledge.
- Experience creating a geographic partner business across national or global partnerships.
- Existing C-level relationships with large SI and GSI partners around the world.
- Deep understanding of how to create and execute services strategies with large partner organizations.
- Work format: Hybrid, based in Tokyo, Japan.
