What you will do
- Generate a healthy sales pipeline by identifying and connecting with decision-makers within Japan’s top enterprise organizations.
- Conduct thoughtful research and personalize outreach using email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify inbound leads and convert them into high-quality sales opportunities.
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to run campaigns reflecting hirify.global’s value in the Japanese market.
- Contribute ideas to localize and improve go-to-market strategies.
- Clearly articulate hirify.global’s value proposition to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Native-level Japanese and fluent English (written and verbal).
- A university degree in business, communications, or a related field, or relevant work experience in sales or business development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

- Prior experience in SaaS, enterprise tech, or sales development.
