What you will do

  • Generate a healthy sales pipeline by identifying and connecting with decision-makers within Japan’s top enterprise organizations.
  • Conduct thoughtful research and personalize outreach using email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify inbound leads and convert them into high-quality sales opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to run campaigns reflecting hirify.global’s value in the Japanese market.
  • Contribute ideas to localize and improve go-to-market strategies.
  • Clearly articulate hirify.global’s value proposition to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • Native-level Japanese and fluent English (written and verbal).
  • A university degree in business, communications, or a related field, or relevant work experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in SaaS, enterprise tech, or sales development.
