What you will do
- Build and maintain business relationships with partners and key influencers.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans, including budget formulation.
- Create estimates, issue invoices, and acquire sponsorships.
- Participate in client meetings to deepen relationships with clients.
- Perform and manage analysis to ensure ongoing partnerships after projects.
- Become a business partner for marketing solutions for partner companies.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as an account manager in games, media, or advertising agencies.
- Must have sales experience and ability to build and maintain business and customer relationships.
- Demonstrate a hands-on approach, ability to multitask, and creative thinking.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
- Fluent Japanese.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Ability to communicate in English at client meetings.
- Passion for games.
- Experience working in an international environment.
