Senior Solutions Engineer

Senior Solutions Engineer: Working with sales teams on technical pre-sales activities to support the sales cycle, identifying hirify.global solutions for cybersecurity, data protection, disaster recovery, and asset management requirements. Focus on analyzing customer technical and business requirements, developing business proposals, and demonstrating products to drive adoption.

Location: Japan (hybrid, involves onsite and remote meetings)

What you will do

• Acquire thorough knowledge of hirify.global products and services and maintain knowledge of key industries.
• Develop relationships with key prospective customer stakeholders for market exploration and new sales opportunities.
• Analyze the technical and business requirements of prospective customers.
• Develop business proposals outlining hirify.global solutions and respond to RFIs and RFPs.
• Perform onsite and remote meetings to demonstrate and promote hirify.global products and technologies.
• Facilitate and manage hirify.global solution Proof of Concepts (PoC) and technical problem resolution during pre-sales.

Requirements

• Experience with on-prem/cloud systems and server security.
• Knowledge of Storage, Backup, Disaster Recovery (DR), and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
• Familiarity with VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Proficiency with Operating Systems including Linux/Unix/Windows/macOS.
• Experience in IT system administration or network administration.
• Knowledge of security products such as DLP, XDR/EDR, SIEM, UTM/IDS/IPS/SOC, firewall, and web security.
