TL;DR

Customer Success Engineer (AI Cybersecurity): Providing technical product solutions for the hirify.global platform to existing customers with an accent on adoption support, deployment health, value interventions, and identifying new use cases. Focus on acting as a security expert, conducting architecture design reviews, and optimizing customer deployments for retention and expansion.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain expert, hands-on knowledge of the hirify.global solution and the evolving cybersecurity landscape.
  • Conduct deployment discovery and architecture design reviews for existing customers to maximize value delivery.
  • Provide consultative guidance to customers on cybersecurity priorities and initiatives.
  • Develop and refine discovery techniques to work with customer contacts of various personas, from IT administrators to C-Suite executives.
  • Drive customer deployments, value delivery, retention, and expansion to meet quota and KPIs.
  • Form productive relationships with customers, partners, and cross-functional internal teams through strong, respectful communication.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a relevant role, ideally within the cybersecurity industry (e.g., Customer Success Engineering, Technical Account Management).
  • Strong knowledge of both on-premise and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Confident, polished communicator with a proven ability to build lasting, critical business relationships.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Email Security, Incident Response, or Cloud Security Architecture.
